Convert contrib modules to use the extension facility. This isn't fully tested as yet, in particular I'm not sure that the "foo--unpackaged--1.0.sql" scripts are OK. But it's time to get some buildfarm cycles on it. sepgsql is not converted to an extension, mainly because it seems to require a very nonstandard installation process. Revoke pg_stat_statements_reset() permissions Commit 25fff40 has granted execute permission of the function pg_stat_statements_reset() to default role "pg_read_all_stats", but this role is meant to read statistics, and not to reset them. The permissions on this function are revoked from "pg_read_all_stats". The version of pg_stat_statements is bumped up in consequence.
