Subject: [PATCH] Doc: correct erroneous entry in this week's minor release
 notes.

The patch to disallow a NULL specification in combination with
GENERATED ... AS IDENTITY applied to both ALWAYS and BY DEFAULT
variants of that clause, not only the former.
