Remove absolete function TupleDescGetSlot().

Browse Source 
TupleDescGetSlot() was kept around for backward compatibility for
user-written SRFs. With the TupleTableSlot abstraction work, that code
will need to be version specific anyway, so there's no point in
keeping the function around any longer.
