vacuumlazy.c: prefer the term "cleanup lock".

The term "super-exclusive lock" is an acceptable synonym of "cleanup
lock".  Even still, switching from one term to the other in the same
file is confusing.  Standardize on "cleanup lock" within vacuumlazy.c.
