Rename wait event WalrcvExit to WalReceiverExit. 

Commit de829ddf23 added wait event WalrcvExit. But its name is not
consistent with other wait events like WalReceiverMain or
WalReceiverWaitStart, etc. So this commit renames WalrcvExit to
WalReceiverExit.
