Doc: fix high availability solutions comparison.

In "High Availability, Load Balancing, and Replication" chapter,
certain descriptions of Pgpool-II were not correct at this point.  It
does not need conflict resolution. Also "Multiple-Server Parallel
Query Execution" is not supported anymore.
