Bruce Momjian	720ca220a9	Attached please find an initiation of the ... NLS effort for the 'postgresql' component. It includes 'ru.po', which should be added to /src/backend/po/ and a typical patch for nls.mk with the 'ru' entry added in the AVAIL_LANGUAGES. I'll submit a patch with more translations for pg_dump once CVSweb becomes available. Peter Eisentraut	e542036461	Native Language Support (NLS) ... Use --enable-nls to turn it on; see installation instructions for details. See developer's guide how to make use of it in programs and how to add translations. psql sources have been almost fully prepared and an incomplete German translation has been provided.
