Tom Lane 6a7b40d909 Rearrange config.h entries into a more sensible order, and add some 
documentation.  Let's try to keep this file a bit neater in future,
hmm?  Also (to get back to the original point) update info about
FUNC_MAX_ARGS, and add additional config symbols for debugging
new memory management changes.

PostgreSQL Data Base Management System (formerly known as Postgres, then
as Postgres95).
  
This directory contains the development version of 7.1 of the
PostgreSQL database server.  The server is not ANSI SQL compliant, but
it gets closer with every release.  After you unzip and untar the
distribution file, look at file INSTALL for the installation notes and
file HISTORY for the changes.
