25d9bf2e3e Support deferrable uniqueness constraints. 
The current implementation fires an AFTER ROW trigger for each tuple that
looks like it might be non-unique according to the index contents at the
time of insertion.  This works well as long as there aren't many conflicts,
but won't scale to massive unique-key reassignments.  Improving that case
is a TODO item.

cae565e503 SQL/MED catalog manipulation facilities 
This doesn't do any remote or external things yet, but it gives modules
like plproxy and dblink a standardized and future-proof system for
managing their connection information.

3379fae6de array_agg aggregate function, as per SQL:2008, but without ORDER BY clause 
Rearrange the documentation a bit now that array_agg and xmlagg have similar
semantics and issues.

8ecd535169 Add WITH [NO] DATA clause to CREATE TABLE AS, per SQL. 
Also, since WITH is now a reserved word, simplify the token merging code to
only deal with WITH_TIME.

A follow-up patch for current CVS HEAD is attached, and available at

The patch
 - includes a core feature ID that had been left
   out by mistake (C011)
 - updates the sql_feature_packages.txt table to
   reflect changes in SQL:2003 which were not
   covered properly in my last patch

c70e606a4c Includes: 
- LIKE <subtable> [ INCLUDING DEFAULTS | EXCLUDING DEFAULTS ]
- Quick cleanup of analyze.c function prototypes.
- New non-reserved keywords (INCLUDING, EXCLUDING, DEFAULTS), SQL 200X

Opted not to extend for check constraints at this time.

As per the definition that it's user defined columns, OIDs are NOT
inherited.

ef7422510e Grant options, and cascading revoke. Grant options are allowed only for 
users right now, not groups.  Extension of has_foo_privileges functions to
query the grant options.  Extension of aclitem type to store grantor.
